Travel insurance
We specialise in providing Chinese visas for tourists and business people travelling to China. Our aim is to make visa service simple for you. This service provides you with an actual Chinese visa ready to use for your trip. You will not have to stand in queues at the Chinese Consulate. We check, prepare and lodge your application and pick up your passport with a Chinese visa when it has been processed.
Notes: Documents can not be submitted earlier than three months before the date of travel.
1. UK Visa Requirements
At least 3 months UK visa validity after you are coming back from your journey.
2. Passport
Valid for at least 6 month after the journey.
3. Photos
One recent colour passport size photograph. White background only (cream and light blue backgrounds are not accepted by the Embassy), shoulders must be in the photograph. It must be 35mm/45mm, printed on normal photographic paper uncounted and full face without sunglasses or head covering.
4. Application forms
- one completed and signed Chinese Consulate application form. (Download)

5. Payment.
We accept cash, cheques payable to Smart Service Consulting Ltd, postal orders payable to Smart Service Consulting Ltd or direct transfers.

Smart Service Consulting Handling Fee: Tourist / Business visa £45.
If you would like us to post your documents back to you, please provide a pre-paid special delivery envelope or additional £7 for RMSD before 1pm, OR £15 for RMSD before 9am.
Business Visa
If applying for Chinese Business visa all the above will be required including the UK Company letter + Invitation from the inviting company in China. Your employment letter should explain nature and duration of your business trip to China.
6. Travel arrangements.
Proof of accommodation and Onward/Return Ticket or Travel Itinerary. (Book flights , Book hotel).
ImportantPlease note that the Embassy will NOT grant MULTIPLE entry visas for tourist travel.
