This service provides you with an actual Egyptian visa ready to use for your trip. You will not have to stand in queues at the Egyptian consulate. We obtain all the necessary visa support documentation, check, prepare and lodge your application with the Egyptian consulate and pick up your passport with Egyptian Visa when it has been processed.

Notes: Documents can not be submitted earlier than one month before the date of travel.

Who needs a visa for Egypt

*Note: Application will be referred to Cairo. Visa issuing procedure can take 6-8 weeks.

Requriments

1. UK Visa Requirements

At least 3 months UK visa validity after you coming back from your journey.

2. Passport

Valid 6 months beyond stay.

3. Photos

Two recent colour passport size photographs. White background only (cream and light blue backgrounds are not accepted by the Embassy), shoulders must be in the photograph. It must be 35mm/45mm, printed on normal photographic paper uncounted and full face without sunglasses or head covering.

4. Application forms

• one completed Egyptian Consulate application form. (Download)
• One completed and signed Smart Service Consulting visa order form. (Download)

5. Payment

We accept cash, cheques payable to Smart Service Consulting Ltd, postal Orders payable to Smart Service Consulting Ltd or direct transfers.

6. Itinerary

Proof of fully paid travel. (Book hotel, book flight)

We can arrange and book your flights and accommodation.

7. Business Visa

If applying for Egypt Business visa, all the above will be required including the UK Company letter + Invitation from the inviting company in Egypt + Letter from your employer explaining nature and duration of your business trip to Egypt.

Zimbabwe Nationals: Single: £27, Multiple:£50
