Requirements for a business visa to Ireland:

1. UK Visa Requirements

At least 3 months UK visa validty after you are coming back from your journey. If your UK visa is a dependant visa in addition to all the documents mentioned you need to provide:

• Passport of the person who the applicant depends on
• Letter of employment for that person
• Supporting letter
• Original marriage certificate (if a dependant is a spouse). Marriage Certificates/Birth Certificates that require translations HAVE TO BE notarised by the Embassy of the person's nationality in the UK.

2. Passport (original)

Valid for at least 6 months after expiry date of the visa to Ireland, with 2 blank visa pages facing each other. Passport pages for endorsements or amendments cannot be used as a visa page.

All non UK passport holders should have proof of UK residential status in their passport.

3. Photos

One recent colour passport size photograph. White background only (cream and light blue backgrounds are not accepted by the Embassy), shoulders must be in the photograph. It must be 35mm/45mm, printed on normal photographic paper uncounted and full face without sunglasses or head covering.

4. Application Forms

- one completed and signed Smart Service Consulting order form. (Download)

- one completed, printed out and signed Ireland visa application form. (Online Visa Application).

5. Bank Statements (original and copy)

Bank statements must be originals (the ones you receive by post) for the last three months before application showing applicants full name and address,all transactions and a balance in credit of at least £300.00 which cannot be a lump sum paid in just before application. The last transaction shown must not be older than one week.

6. Travel Arrangements (copy)

Proof of accomodation/hotel confirmation for your stay in Ireland.

7. Employment Letter (original and copy)

UK company letter must be on official headed paper stating that the applicant is travelling on behalf of the company,the dates and purpose of the trip and who will be responsible for the cost (travel, accomodation, expenses, etc ). This letter must be dated within four weeks of application.

If you are self employed:

• Letter from your accountant/personal banker/ solicitor (on a letter headed paper, not older than 4 weeks, the signature must be original, not scanned). You can ask us for a template.
• P60 form for last year (original only).
• The confirmation from The Inland Revenue that you are paying taxes.

8. Invitation Letter

Invitation letter must state that the applicant has been invited and also state full contact details of the inviting party (name, address, phone number). Letter must also state the dates of invited stay plus who will be meeting the cost of the trip.

9.Authorisation Letter

10. Payment

We accept cash, cheques payable to Smart Service Consulting Ltd, postal orders payable to Smart Service Consulting Ltd or direct transfers.

Multiple business Ireland visa cost is £168. Single entry business visa cost is £133. The price includes the Consulate fee and our fees. The visa fee charged is non-refundable regardless of the outcome.

If you would like us to post your documents back to you, please provide a pre-paid special delivery envelope or additional £7 for RMSD before 1pm, OR £15 for RMSD before 9am.

Please note: the processing time is 10 working days.

The above list of requirements is a summary only. Additional documents may be requested by the Consulate. VALIDITY, DURATION and NUMBER OF ENTRIES of a visa to Ireland are granted solely at the discretion of the Consulate of Ireland. The Consulate of Ireland reserves the right to request further documentation if deemed necessary. Applications must be resubmitted and processing time may be extended.
