Requirements for Kazakhstan Visa Application
1. UK Visa Requirements
At least 3 months UK visa validity after you coming back from your journey.
2. Passport
Valid for at least 6 month upon exit.
3. Photos
One recent colour passport size photograph. White background only (cream and light blue backgrounds are not accepted by the Embassy), shoulders must be in the photograph. It must be 45mm/35mm, printed on normal photographic paper uncounted and full face without sunglasses or head covering.
4. Application Forms

5. Payment
We accept cash, cheques payable to Smart Service Consulting Ltd, postal orders payable to Smart Service Consulting Ltd or direct transfers.

The cost of your visa to Kazakhstan is made up of three charges:

Normally, it takes 4 working days to obtain your Kazakh business invitation. However, in some cases it can take up to 15 working days to process your request. Only after you have this document you can then apply for your Kazakh visa. Single entry visas to Kazakhstan are issued only for the dates mentioned on your invitation (which should match those on your application form).

Business Visa
If applying for Kazakhstan Business visa all the above will be required including the UK Company letter + Invitation from the inviting company in Kazakhstan. Your employment letter should explain nature and duration of your business trip to Kazakhstan.
The list of the countries whose nationals are not required to present invitation letters when applying for one month: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Lichtenstein, Luxemburg, Malaysia, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA.
You can send your documents by Royal Mail Special Delivery to our office or bring them in person.
You can collect your passport together with Kazakhstan visa in person or if you would like us to post your documents back to you, please provide a pre-paid special delivery envelope or additional £7 for RMSD before 1pm, OR £15 for RMSD before 9am.
