We specialise in providing Russian visas for people travelling from the UK to Russia. Our aim is to make visa service simple for you. This service provides you with an actual Russian visa ready to use for your trip. You will not have to stand in queues at the Russian consulate in London. We obtain all the necessary Russian visa support documentation, check, prepare and lodge your application with the Russian consulate and pick up your passport with the Russian Visa when it has been processed.

Most foreign nationals, including British Citizens, are required to have the Russian visa to travel to the Russian Federation. Citizens of former CIS Republics, except Georgia and Turkmenistan, may enter Russia with their national passports.

If you are in transit through Russia and do not leave the airport, then you will not need a Russian visa. However, if you are in transit and need to leave the airport you will need a Russian visa.

Please note that you will need to register in Russia. Basically, registration involves placing a stamp either in your passport or on your migration card and obtaining a registration slip. If you are going to stay in a hotel then hotel staff will do registration for you. If you are going to stay somewhere else, our partner company in Moscow will make registration for you.

The Russian Consulate requires the visa application form to be printed on A4 paper with right and bottom margins of 5mm. A failure to meet these requirements will invalidate your form.

Citizens of EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Germany, Greece, Finland, France, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Notway, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden). According to the agreement between Russia and EU will pay £93 (for next day service) and £56 (for 5 working days service) for all types of visas.

Citizens of Angola, Bangladesh, Vietnam, India, Cambodia, Pakistan, Syria, Turkey and Japan will pay as following:

The visa fee and invitation fee charged are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.

If you would like us to post your documents back to you, please provide a pre-paid special delivery envelope or additional £7 for RMSD before 1pm, OR £15 for RMSD before 9am.
